The leader of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party, outgoing Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius, says he had sensed pressure from President Dalia Grybauskaitė upon voters for more than a year to not support the Social Democrats, accusing her of failing to pass the test of impartiality.
