Higher education, not specific universities should to be left in Lithuania's regions

High-quality higher education should continue to be available in Lithuania's regions, but that does not necessarily mean keeping the existing inefficient higher education institutions intact, Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis said on Thursday.
