Russian Duma's Communists propose breaking off diplomatic relations with Lithuania

On Friday, Russian State Duma's Communists suggested to make a statement on sanctions and perhaps break off diplomatic relations with Lithuania, following Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė's statements earlier where she called Russia a terrorist state.
