Truce in east Ukraine 'in the balance'

The Lithuanian foreign minister and his Swedish counterpart, who are on a visit to Ukraine this week, stated after meeting Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin that ceasefire in the country's eastern regions was hanging in the balance.
