EU Ambassador to Moscow Ušackas: Moods in Russia are turning against Putin's policies in Ukraine

The EU Ambassador to Russia, Vygaudas Ušackas, speaking on the LRT television broadcast, claimed that although Russians are still following their leader, moods are changing because Western sanctions are starting to have a notable effect.
If Moscow forced Minsk to export its oil products via Russian railways and ports, that would be economically unviable and dangerous for Belarus, Lithuanian Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis said on Thursday.
